We are a Pretoria based company that deals with the complete administration of deceased estates by either acting as agent on behalf of the appointed Executor or as Executor ourselves, we comply with all legal requirements as laid down by the Administration of Estates Act and the requirements of the Master of the High Court.

We assist our clients with the reporting of the estate of their loved one to the Master of the High Court, obtaining the applicable Letters of Authority or Letters of Executorship, opening of estate late bank account as required by the Act, gathering of the estates asset and liability information, advertising of the estate to creditors, closing of bank accounts / Investment accounts, transferring or selling of shares, transfer of properties, drafting of the Liquidation and Distribution Account and the finalization of the estate.

As the setting up of a Last Will and Testament can be complex, we also render our services in the drafting of Wills in accordance with the Wills Act.

We stive to keep ourselves updated in the law of succession by attending courses provided by the Law Society of South Africa and UNISA on an ongoing basis and to stay updated with latest Court decisions that have an impact on the administration of estates.
